Dear Dr. Salzhauer and Staff,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you have done for me. After nursing three children, I had been considering having a breast lift and augmentation for years. My breasts sagged and were very disparate in size. As an attorney and busy mother of the three aforementioned children, however, I was concerned about time away from work and the possible impact my surgery would have on my family. I did consult with many plastic surgeons but none gave me the comfort level or confidence I needed to go forward. In fact, the consultations generally left me more confused. No two doctors could agree on what I needed to obtain the best results. So, at thirty-eight years old, I would look in the mirror and be depressed about my body.
